There's no room for Beauden Barrett in a UK newspaper's world team of the decade.
There is no room for All Blacks great Dan Carter or current star Beauden Barrett in a World XV of the decade selected by the UK Daily Telegraph newspaper.
Both players were overlooked at first five-eighths, with rugby writer Ben Coles preferring Ireland's Johnny Sexton. Barrett could not make the team at 15 either, with retiring All Black Ben Smith getting the nod over controversial former Wallaby Israel Folau.
In a team of the decade named by the BBC last month, Carter and Barrett both made the cut with Carter at 10 and Barrett at 15 in the panel's selection. BBC sports fans also named both players in their top 15.
Carter was also recently named World Rugby's player of the decade.
